G30 wheel bolt pattern?

Now that the German order sheet is out, does anyone know what the wheel bolt circle is for the G30? For the F10, It's 5-120mm, 72.6 hub and 35mm offset. I heard some speculation that BMW was going to 5-112mm for it's next cars. Anyone know what has happened? I'm hoping that I will be able to use my spare set of F10 wheels.

G10? Do you meant he new 7 series G11/G12? If so, it has the new 5x112 bolt pattern.
The new X1 and the 2 series Active Tourer + Gran Tourer also have the new 5x112 bolt pattern.
I've seen the G30 in real life and the bolt pattern looked smaller, so I'm 99% sure it will have the 5x112 bolt pattern.

Oops

Wrote G10 when I should have written F10. Corrected now. Thanks for your observation.

So will my current F10 aftermarket wheels bolt right on to a G30?

Remmib's message says "No", from his observation (but not measurement) of the G30 and that the 2017 7 Series has the smaller bolt circle.

My F11 wheels are ET30. 18 x 8J. Are you sure yours is ET35?

No OEM wheel for the f10/11 is ET35.
The 17x8 and 18x8 are ET30, and the 19x8.5 and 20x8.5 are ET33. Staggered rears are ET44.

All BMW are transitioning to:

PCD 5x112
CB 66.56

Began with i3/8 and all CLAR based cars (G11/30 and newer). It saves a tremendous amount of weight in the axles and wheels.

No previous gen wheels are compatible for 5/7er.

Thanks for confirming this.

And I wasn't sure about the CB number as I've seen both 66.5, 66.6 and 66.7.

CB depends on the manufacturer's tolerances for machining and whether rounding to the nearest 10th is applied. We go 100th of a mm +- 0.02 and no rounding.

No. The bolt diameter is smaller now to save weight. I have BMW F10 winter wheels and tires package and they wont fit the G30.

is there any difference between 66.5 and 66.6 for the CB? And do you know the offset number?

Supplier tolerance requirements and method of rounding to the nearest 1/10mm. I just recently divested my ownership in a Tier 1 wheel supplier a few weeks ago and our engineering was to 66.56 with a +/- 0.02mm tolerance. My recommendation would be to apply a light coating of lithium grease as the CB's that are tight (66.5-66.56) can be a PITA to remove sometimes.

Offset is dependent on the wheel dimensions. For aftermarket, engine, drivetrain, and suspension options can have different clearances on the Gxx cars.

Hi, could I ask if you’ve actually tried this because my local tyre shop tell my the switch to 112 PCD started with the F10 so wheels from the previous 5 series should fit. I was about to buy a used set from eBay!

Wrong, f10 has 5x120.

lemetier, I have a G30 530e 2018.
In your opinion, is it worth buying a set of snows that are 5 x 120 and using adapters to make them fit on my car? Is this a good or bad idea?

Thank you.
