Clunking and metallic noises when on and off gas/clutch

Hi all

Car is an 08 E92 M3 w/100k kms that I've owned for ~3 months.

I have two noises that are probably connected:

1 - When clutching in, specifically at low speeds, first gear
For example, when backing out of the driveway, or moving up in traffic. If there is load on the driveline and I rapidly clutch in to disengage, I get a significant clunk noise. The faster I clutch in, or the higher the load on the driveline, the louder the noise is. Sounds like there is some slack in the driveline that gets rapidly corrected

2 - when I'm at high RPM and I go on and off the gas
I've taken a video here that should help:
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/tzXbeSUoEMM

It sounds almost like a fluttering or clattering noise. I know 08s had a lighter flywheel but it sounds worse than that. You'll see in the video when I hit around 6K rpm and I give it a bit of gas, the sound is almost constant.

If anyone has any thoughts let me know!
