I have a 2020 330xi, 22k mi. The car sort of jerks when braking at slow speeds. I took it to the dealer on 4/21 and had the shop foreman drive the car. He said it was normal. He said the car is downshifting which is weird cause it’s an automatic.

Totally normal. Went away with my Bootmod3 Tune. Not going to lie, I did think my rotors were warped for the first few weeks of ownership lol

You ever get any updates from your dealer? My21 with 800 miles does the same thing and it's really intrusive.
