when I get the idrive controller without touch in my new Alpina B5. can I exchange this plug and play? on ceramic idrive. I ordered ceramics. does this work then except touch?

You may need to code touch controller, but should work.

Because of the well known part shortage I have got this regular knob instead of a nice ceramic one. Is it possible to change just a knob to fit it and have full functionality? What's the part number?
