Oh nice! Yeah I have been waiting almost two weeks for it to change from Scheduled for production to Production begins...if it jumps to paint I will jump for joy! LOL

I have a quick question for the OP. How come you chose aluminum instead of a wood trim? I like the classy and sleek look of wood, especially the Fineline Ridge Wood. I would like to know why you chose what you chose?

I like the idea of the aluminum in a performance car. I almost got the ash wood but ultimately decided the aluminum was a better fit for my build. Sometimes I find certain woods to look cheap. I know some people feel the same way about the aluminum. I also like the design on the aluminum - kind of sets it off.

When I got my car, it was also at the port for 2 weeks. Apparently it is currently under heavy load.
