do you only get display key if order remote parking?
So just got my 2019 540i xDrive, I got 2 regular key instead of 1 display 1 regular key as some of you guys did.
The dealer says I would only get display key had I ordered the remote parking option, doesn't matter if I have park assist or other package. I have executive package/Drive Assist Plus/Parking Assist/Heated Steering Wheel/H&K sound Is that correct? or I guess something new in 2019 as I was under the impression you get 1 display key even if you don't order remote parking... |

You don't get it by default but it may depend upon market.
In the U.K. you get it if you order what's called a tech package and I think from memory it could be ordered standalone. It appears each country specifies what's standard and how they want to bundle up the options. But that sounds right that by default you would only get it with remote parking as it is required for that. Opinion vary but mine is that you are not missing anything and that you will get more functionality by installing the remote app on your phone. I think you can get hold of one having bought a car but not cheap , pretty sure I read a thread here about someone doing that. |

Looking at the US BMW Build website, the Display is only available with the Remote Parking.
In the UK it can be ordered as a £235 option or it comes with the Remote Parking Feature (which I love on my G32!) |

As was stated, only with Remote Parking option. The BMW Connected app will give you much of same capability, but without lugging around a pocket busting key.

It came with the car whether you ticked any other option or not. As far as i know it is not standard anymore but still a stand-alone option.
