Turner/ECS*** also not PRO... smh... it's a CS spoiler style

anyone ever used one of these spoilers?
thoughts on quality vs spending double cheese on the OEM.

I have the Autotecknic version. I'm pretty sure its the same as the Turner version.

Thanks, I ordered from Tuner. We'll see how it looks when it arrives, unfortunately it's on back order until early October but perhaps worth the savings.

Tuner version uses 3M tape and the autotecknic uses Betalink Automotive Body Panel Adhesive.

I have the CS from RW Carbon. I am pretty sure they all come from the same place (China) whether buying from RW, Autotechnic, Turner or even eBay.

BTW, this looks like the Pro to me even though the description says CS. Betalink is permanent and is "required" for the Pro, but a lot of people ignore it and use 3M tape. The suggested need for betalink on the Pro helped me make up my mind on getting the CS.

Thanks Joe. I figured as much from the china piece but just wanted to ask.

I agree it slightly looks like the pro but to me in some instances looks like the CS (plus the way they named it.) Guess we'll see what it looks like in October. Perhaps I'll do some more looking in the mean time.

Don't mind me, I am a little OCD, I agree, it is hard to tell in Turner's pictures, but this picture here looks like the Pro where the space is closer on top between the raised edges and the Pro also has a cutout or concave area along the bottom where it meets the trunk. The Pro also sits on the very edge of the trunk , like the Turner pic. Second pic is the CS from RW with a wider gap on top and no concave area along the trunk and it's set in from the trunk lip.

No complaints, it was in stock when I bought it and it shipped quick and was at my door in a few days. The price is up there compared to competitors and they charge you extra for 3M tape which is annoying. They also charge for shipping. But all in all, I am happy with it.

Looks good, I don't mind paying a little more cheese. As I look around I'm trying to see if I can avoid the wait. Can't get to that from work but I'll check it out later. I bought a diffuser off ebay over the weekend and will be here tomorrow.

BTW, did you ever post up pics with 20mm spacers in the rear? When I came across your post for the 17s, I was actually looking for the post for the 12s, which I assume you kept. Looking to get some spacers in soon as well.

I e-mailed Turner about the naming/styling of the lip spoiler and this was their response...


"this is an in house product designed by our product team with styling ques from both the cs and m sport style spoilers."

Perhaps it does look every so slightly less aggressive than the Pro....

Here you go. I got the 20's put on a few weeks ago. I did keep the 12's up front. I think it is the best setup for the 668M's at stock height.
