As a point of reference, my 2023 M550 coolant temps stay between 174F-186F, and I have the stock thermostat and shutters. Now, the oil temp is another matter as it stays between 244F-257F, which is way too high.
EDIT: IAT temps usually run near outside ambient. That’s with the stock air filter arrangement.
