I have just been through exactly the same choice. In the end I went for Sophisto Grey as I thought it worked brilliantly with the Dakota cognac interior.

Yep that would be a cracking combo, I would have gone similar if they had a similar Nappa leather.

I have to see Bluestone in person, but so far:

1. Space Grey
2. Bluestone
3. Sophisto

My syster had Sophisto on her F10 535d and while the car looked good (especially with Ivory interior), it's just too dark for me. With such a dark color I'd probably go black then (or at least something like Azurite or Carbon Black). Space Grey is one of my favourite grey colors BMW ever offered, it has a really nice shade, you can see the lines almost perfectly. It looks awesome on certain models (especially E92 M3, F10 5er, F25 X3 or F15 X5).

Ive not seen a BMW in Space gray that I didn't like. I test drove an M3 Coupe once in Silverstone and its like a light blue gray color. Lighter that Space gray and bluer than Glacier silver. I have glacier silver now. Its OK.

Just to be clear you can't get the G30 in Space Grey I just put that in for comparison against the Bluestone.

I'm pretty sure it's a new color with the G30, and not available on any other current models. In the future I guess it will be available to other series to.

I saw Bluestone at the Philadelphia auto show and thought it looked very close to space gray the lights inside the building did not do it any justice. Outside is another story the color is very vibrant with a blue tone a cross between glacier silver and space gray. I just ordered a 540xi M sport in Bluestone the color is brilliant !

same for me. Saw it in real, and it has no real WOW effect actually. Carbon black is so much better, but so hard to keep clean and scratch free. Got it on current F15, but I want to replace it with this new G30 M Sport. When will new colors be available ?
