Just the service/warranty "+1" something or other for $1900. Brings it back up to the old 4yr/50k mileage. They offered the wheel and tire for an addition $1800 but I declined. I'm usually pretty good about road hazards and took the chance. But now since i said something I'll probably bubble all tires and bend all wheels. As soon as I declined they lowered the price a couple hundred but I already made up my mind. I always found the finance people to be in a unique position to do such an important job and to be a sales person.

Transport never made it to the dealer yesterday (Saturday), and they are closed today. Hopefully it arrives in the next few days.

Sorry to hear but it'll be worth it when you get your hands on it. 20% on sides (a lot lighter than I thought it would look) and 55% on windshield. Xpel xr(?), the second highest heat rejection

With the sunroof open you can hardly tell the windscreen is tinted.

I called the dealer this morning. For some reason my car is showing up in their inventory, but the truck transporting it never arrived. I don't know how that's possible.

I can track my kids down to 6 meters using Life360, but BMW can't tell me where my brand new car is.

LOL yea that is odd. With the mybmw app after you receive your car it's gives you a pinpoint on a map where your car is. Pretty handy in a giant parking lot. Drove for the first time with tints in the dark. Everting is still visible and am happy with the balance of looks and privacy. We'll see when it gets misty on the highway when raining as the ultimate test.

My dad had the brilliant idea to track his new car from an east coast port all the way to Denver using its built-in OnStar one time. Totally worked but arrived with a dead battery 😅

Picked her up last night. Managed to get home without any tickets. Still fumbling my way through all the settings. Color is incredible. Window tint scheduled for Monday.

my true question is are others getting around 300 miles with a fill up?

lol when you see the cars at the dealerships i see some with like 400+ and not sure if its because no one drove it yet.

This was straight off the truck, post delivery inspection and detail, and a full tank of gas. Only had 19 miles and that was all part of the transport and prep. It was not driven by anyone outside of BMW or the dealership, so the MPG shown is only a result of that.

I'll see after the first true fill up what my miles per tank will give me.

I was really looking for a frozen or brilliant silver, but neither were available in the current 5 series. The closest 'silver' was bluestone metallic, but it can be silver, grey, blue, or even dark grey depending on the angles and the amount of light hitting it.

Funny thing: when I picked up the key fobs, the little blue dealer tag stated the color was black.

It really is a color you have to see in person to appreciate.
