God those look... expensive. I can't imagine how I would feel if I curbed them in the Target parking lot.

this!

I also wonder how they "bonded" or attached the metal spokes to the CF rim. Would be curious to see some sort of video explanation like the series they did for the CF parts on the F8x.

Cheers to BMW for getting into the carbon wheel game. Will be a great lightweight option. Butttt.... I still think it's an ugly design

Yeah if upgraded wheels are 1200 then I would guess that these will be $2500 on top of the CP price. Just my humble.

EDIT: Second thought I'll say $3500 for the rims and tires.

You're right it does not give actual weight, but they are obviously very light. That's ~ 15.4 lbs. for the car or about 3.8 lbs. per wheel.
it's nice when people actually use their math skillz..

Nice wheels and for sure super light but not keen on the design. I'd prefer to put my money on a nice set of forged wheel for probably half the cost.

Yep they look similar to those. The gt500R uses them.

Those wheels look great! Especially with the CCBs.

Jag did something similar with the wheels on their F-type at the LA Auto Show! I love the contrast between the carbon and the metal alloy on these wheels!

Wow! Now we know why the standard wheels design is 'average' to encourage that upgrade! Cynicism aside......

THESE WHEELS ARE AWESOME!

£50 dealer smart repair when they get curbed anyone.....anyone...hello....?

I hope they adjusted the clearance between the inner barrel and the caliper, because if they didn't, there will be some VERY unhappy customers!

The clearance still looks pretty tight!CF will have less tolerance than aluminum for debris contact.
