looking for more power, but limited options for N63R
I have a G30 w/ a stock N63TU2 aka N63R, 93 octane (no ethanol content)
I added a JB4 and running map 2, however there is little noticeable difference going from stock to JB4. I supposed I was expecting more, having had an N54 with JB4 and BEF made a huge difference as the car was putting down 468tq on stock intake/stock turbos/stock exhaust w/ meth injection and E40. Currently, I don’t have access to E85 fuel, so no option to run more aggressive maps. a JB4 + BEF (back end flash) could provide a bump in power but MHD / Bootmod3 do not offer one for the TU2, DUDMD offers one but as a standalone, but again without more octane running more aggressive tune wont work. Not currently looking for upgraded turbos / down-pipes as the car is under warranty, need something more reversible. Thinking to do methanol/water injection but with the clamp style intake manifolds I'm worries about even spray distribution with nozzles pre TB, direct port is out of the question, 8 nozzles is a plumbing nightmare, there special adapters for pre-turbo injection as a last resort, but then you have the ICs condensing the droplets. please share if you have experience running methanol/water injection with the clamp style intake manifolds on the N63/S63, how did you ensure even distribution and what power/times did you put down?

I have the same issue with the X5. Reach out to their tech support to ensure you are on the right map. Other options are to ship your ECU in to one of the few companies out there which offer a full flash, hopefully your ECU isnt locked.

it is the correct map, did a log and boost/timing are all ok fuel trims are maxed so this is the most I can get out of 93 octane, can't find anyone who does a full flash for TU2 engine

yes, but beta tune not ready for prime time, and they don't have an ETA for commercial release (not willing to run a beta tune on a 15K engine)

Check the BM3 website. They have a tune thats flashable that I am likely going to do soon. As long as you don't want a warranty, should be a good boost in power. I don't think the tunes are in beta, so that was my mistake.

now what to do about the warranty...still have ~1 years on original new car warranty, + 1 year of CPO, I don't expect anything to go wrong as the TU2 has been proven mostly reliable and TU3 and TU4 upgrades are more for boost in power rather than reliability
