Came out nicely. Light paint correction, PPF on hood & trunk, and Gyeon Q²M Flash coating all around.

The paint looks mental well done.

Just my 2cents: You should swap those wheels out for something more sporty. They look too tame on that beast.

I also have a black 550 with those same wheels and I really dig the sleeper look. I'd go even further and not use the "///M" front plate. Plus I don't want to lose the nice ride and resistance to potholes of non-RFT tires on those 19" rims. I don't have insurance for tires and wheels.

Beautiful car, by the way!

Thanks.

The "///M" plate is covering the 8 (yes EIGHT) holes in the front bumper from the PO until I get around to refinishing or replacing the bumper cover.

This is what I used for that purpose.

I actually considered that as well but thought it would look redundant with the hood roundel right above it. I did put gray Lamin-X over the "///M" so that it's somewhat muted.

I see you still have the cerium bumper trim...

Yes, I haven't warmed up to the black-on-black look just yet. I like the cerium accents although I did go with the black kidneys. Like you, I also blacked out the front side reflectors.

Looks like you also went with an aftermarket diffuser? Which one?

Yeah PO blacked out the sides and front bumper trim but kept the cerium kidneys, which I didn't like. It was either restore the original cerium pieces or go all black and the latter was the cheaper option.

Diffuser came from eBay, based on experiences from other owners on this forum. Fitment is just slightly off but hard to tell on a black car unless you get up close.

Looks great...I think a nice set of 19 inch black wheels would really set it off. Then a again to each it's own...still looks great.

I like the look with those wheels, remind me of 911 Turbo wheels from a couple years ago. I can’t do the murdered out look, and I like to see wheel details, so I’ve seen very few black wheels I like, and never on a black car.
