Just got my G30 a couple days ago. I'm in Los Angeles. I've tried 20 times to connect to the connected drive store and get an error every time. Aside from going to the dealer are there any suggestions?

The store is down for maintenance through the vehicle.

Been down for some time. When I purchased my last month I thought something was wrong and took it back in and they confirmed it.

I checked my wife car and got the same error.

You can still purchase services through ConnectedDrive website

ahhhh....!!!!! thanks!!! this is my third 5 series and the first time I've bothered with connected drive so it's all new to me. had no idea i could purchase through the website. you solved my problem my friend!
