Bmw m550 upgrades

anyone use drilled or slotted brakes on just the front axle? Have to get my brakes done and thinking about drilled rotors and spacer as well...any advice greatly appreciated. Will the spacers mess up the car up?

The spacers definitely won´t mess the car up. I am using 11mm spacers on my G31 and to me the car looks better than without. No experience, however, with slotted rotors, I am thinking about them as well (either Bosch, Brembo or Zimmermann), but was told that they may develop fatigue cracks. If anyone has personal experience with these, I would love to know...

I made a drilled brake kit with 400mm discs and m5 f90 calipers.

Looks like $800 pair. Not bad but easier to swap in the m5 brakes using a conversion plate. M5 rotors only come in cross drilled though so this seems like a nice project.

Where did you go for the custom hats to fit the rings?

Where did you go for the custom hats to fit the rings?

I asked for 410mm rings, but finally Paragon told me they couldn't supply them. So I stayed with the 400mm, they are much better than the oem ones.

I made the hats and brackets myself.
