Hey guys, recently I installed an Arma speed intake which honestly made the biggest difference in sound and slightly in performance. When letting off the gas, I can hear a night swoosh from the turbo and originally I didn't think the car would feel any different but it definitely made it feel more responsive for me at least. Not to mention the carbon fiber makes my engine bay look super clean! Very happy with my purchase and I think for the money, it is reasonable. Everything fit like a puzzle and the carbon covers all keep the heat away from the cone and suck in cool air all while looking symmetrical and clean. ALSO a super helpful support system.

So, I have this intake but I have a problem. The car sounds nice while accelerating but when I let off the pedal, you can hear (hard for me to describe), it's like air is circulating in some chamber and then it releases.

It's weird and annoying. I will have my shop take a look at it and may go back to stock when I get the upgraded turbo installed.

I would like to add I have the aftermarket FTP chargepipe.

Thats perfectly normal, it happens when you remove the stock airbox, or maybe you have a loose clamp causing more noise than normal.

Most people add an aftermarket air intake for noise, the noises you described exactly

I understand that but the noise APPEARS to be coming from the left side. I will have my installer look at it when the car goes back in.
