BMW Apps
When I try to access the bmw store or to find out what apps are available, I get this message see photo.
When I try the connected app I only see past navigation from my iPhone. See photo. Also I haven’t received a map update since I purchased the car in early February. Is this normal? I reset the I drive, but no difference. |

Have you tried resetting iDrive? Holding the power button down for ~30 seconds until it fully reboots?
It seems like the cell phone connection isn't having an issue, but resetting it usually fixes this when it happens for me (rarely). Also, has your car been updated or when was your build date? I had more issues before my car had the "November" update installed (I had it installed in December or January). |

You can have the dealer update to the latest version and see if that resolves it by resending all of your data with BMW. But ConnectedDrive has worked reasonably well for me and I have newer maps installed as well. |

Did your dealer setup BMW Assist and do you have a connected drive account that shows this vehicle in the account? If not, start there.

I raised this issue with the Connected drive team this week. It is by design. They have depreciated the function, it is now all done through the website and they push apps to your car. Seems stupid that they keep the menu item there though. (I have the July 2020 update in my 2020 M550i)
