Anyone else notice on their front doors the top strip of the ambient light fades? The tube itself becomes thinner toward going towards the back of the car and seems to not be as bright as say start of the door. Hope it makes sense. I can add a picture tomorrow night.

At night? Depending on the chosen color, the upper tube looks significantly dimmer... at night, if "dim at night" is selected in iDrive.

The ambient upper tubes on the front doors go from thick to more narrow towards the back. I'm saying towards the back the intensity is t as bright as the front of the door where the tube is thicker.

Gave mine a good look this morning. When the lights are dimmed because the headlights are on, the rear of the lighting is not as bright.
