Display cluster continually restarting.

Hi all

Last night I turned the car on and randomly got a service required indicator and then a red dot appeared between my millage and trip. I then turned the engine off and noticed the instrument cluster with my speedometer and rev counter started to continuously restart. Has anyone seen this before? It’s a 2018 plate
