I'm not sure if it's just an illusion but the lines around the headlights on the non lci seem more pronounced specially on the bottom side. I like that!

Pretty sure that piece is identical and it just has to do with the distance, angle and lighting

Would the changes be more noticeable at night?

LED's instead of Xenons
Shape of the angel eyes has been changed
No amber corners
Eyebrow doesn't have the small clear section

This is just a photoshop based off the renders bmw has put out. Might be more noticeably different in real life.
