8 track!? Priceless! That is certainly old school. Would love to see it feature on the options list in the future!

Anyway, thanks for the update, the ride height looks good even without the lowered sport suspension which is great news.

It sucks that you can't spec sports seats with the luxury line in the US though. You certainly can in the UK (I have). Still the standard seats look a lot better than those of old and overall it's a great package. For me the chromeline exterior really sets the car apart, especially in that colour. But you can only have it with luxury line (at least in the UK).

Enjoy the car, she's a stunner!

I actually misspoke since I should have said my Dad's car, the first I ever drove had 8 track. By the time I bought my first car, we'd moved on to cassettes!

I also live in an area where I either need winter tires or all season tires unlike SF, so the Sports Line is even less appealing with its summer only tires. The iphone integration comes with the BMW Apps option ($250), but it is really much more expensive than that since it requires the BMW Assist Option ($650) and a iphone adapter purchased from the dealer for another $250. What it gives you is a place inside the center console to snap in your iphone so that it charges, the phone's antenna is hooked up to the roof shark fin for better reception, and the phone's ipod functionality, iphone, and BMW Apps functionality is available through the idrive, nav screen, and steering wheel controls. If you're within .6 miles of your car, you can with BMW Apps unlock and lock the doors, blow the horn, flash headlights. You can also use Google maps to pinpoint your car's location. You can also have Facebook and Twitter feeds viewable in the nav screen. You can also stream web radio and Pandora. It's a pricey option, but I'm a techie so couldn't live without it.
Thanks! I agree on the Sports Line. I don't like the aesthetics (and limited choice) of the trim offerings. Am leaning towards 335i Luxury.

Sweet car!

If you have polarized sunglasses, are there any portions of the instruments, Nav, or HUD that are not visible?

Congrats on the car.

I really like the interior, it doesn't look cheap and looks very classy.

Not the best picture, but it does show the inlay. It's very subtle.

The HUD is very dim unless you turn your head a bit.

Everything else is fine.

have you tested the HUD with non-polarized sunglasses? does that make a big difference or is still dim?

if its a big difference i may have to get some new sunnies, its too bright in AZ during the day.

Can you share any updates about your experiences driving the new 335i? How's it holding up? What features are you discovering that you like? Any dislikes?

Wow! Thats a nice looking car. That's the exact same car that I'll be ordering only with Xdrive. Glad to see that the front plate won't be such an eyesore.
