My 2014 328i xDrive has a very hard jerk every time I'm slowing down and its been going on for a few months now. ~70k miles

I had my oil change and transmission fluid drain and filled recently and the issue still exists. Also got brake service completed.

I've identified that it's every time the car downshifts from 3rd to 2nd gear. I've tested with the steptronic and noticed all other gear shifts are fine, and it only occurs only when I downshift from 3 to 2.

Does anyone have any experience in these repairs? About to send it in to the shop, but want to make sure I won't get screwed over.
