Monaco colour
Hard to get a impression of the colour Monaco Blue. It looks black in photographs no matter how you take them. I like that it looks black anyway but slightly more colourful.

Monaco Blue true Color
I think this photograph shows the true color of Monaco blue. It also shows how dark it looks even on a bright day if not in the direct sunshine. The rear panel shows the true dark metallic blue color of it though. Its a classy color.

Paddyrx8, I love the last picture you posted, having seen it in real life, I think that's a good rendering of Monaco Blue. The previous pic however looks very strange, almost like sparkling graphite, with a touch of green in it (I blame the grass for that).
Anyway, I love the mods you did with it, makes it pretty unique for this colour. |

The Only Monaco blue E90 with ACS kit?
Quote:
Thanks for your comments. It may be the only Monaco Blue E90 with an ACS bodykit in the world. I certainly haven't seen any others on this forum. Heres another sunny pic. Back to looking very dark but its a nice picture.

Nice, but it's not quite as special as carbon black, i'm just totally hanging out for jerez black, i've got a feeling it'll be something special!

New rims? I remember your original pics. They were awesome, I can't forget the plane in the background . Are those M6 rims (w/RFT)?

What do you about flats, etc...? Just curious because I'm thinking of upgrading rims and trying to find RFT's that fit after markets are pretty hard. I know its OT but just curious.

Finally, I can contribute to this thread
I have to agree that it's very hard to capture the true Monaco Blue on camera, but here are my attempts. Either way, the color is awesome in real life! |
