After a lot of agonizing I went for the all season run flats. The drive is incredible. Reminds me a lot of my 2003 540i which I ended up having to sell when my third kid was born. Loved that car.

Sometimes things I think that would look nice (in theory) don't look nearly as nice in person. So a bit at a time for me. My m550i is now officially "in transit" from port to dealer. Very nice build! Wish I would've done the rear spoiler. Gonna use the "extra" cash for a full PPF (I live in NY) and radar/laser detector....which will be put to good use!

Vehicle pick up is today. Sadly, my possession of said vehicle will be short-lived as I drop it off for window tint and PPF, which will put me into late Wednesday for pick-up. And then departing for a Thanksgiving vacation, so I won't have a chance to really drive the car until late Sunday, early Monday. But at least I'll know it's there, in my garage, waiting . . .
