Seriously? That kinda sucks. I thought all the exporters from UK do deals with local dealer to make sure servicing is covered. Wonder who does the onboard SIM, etc.

Eeeeeeeeeeeee!

Called 1-888-333-6118 and they told me store access from the car has been down for two weeks (6/26/2018). Any chance the VP of digital can get replaced and someone who can promote Android AND Apple solutions? ...and make 2-week outages of a digital service become a thing of the past?

Hey Guys,
Having similar issues with my X3 in Australia. It's intermittent in my case. Down for a couple of mins and back up.

How did you guys go with it? is it all resolved now? what was the root cause of the issue?

I get the same thing. I'd like to buy traffic updates and have my spotify but. I'm not going to purchase if their never going to work. Lol

Connected Drive / BMW Apps Not Working

My X5 F15 M50d stopped working some of the connected drive features and after taking the car to the dealer he said that some of the international BMW connected drive services were out of service, but I do have another X5 F15 and such features keeps working properly. The error is that the BMW Apps does not load anymore in my M50d when connected to the car with USB (ie.: Spotify). I have tried changing the mobile device to other iPhone (tried 8 Plus and X) and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus (Android), but none of them worked. I have also noticed that the NAVI option to search for “online POI” is no longer available at NAVI/GPS in my car... Does anyone know how to solve these issues? Any post related to this issues? Thanks
