Contacted IND regarding the arch extensions. They have not tried on a G30, also cannot return. So that's a no go.
Wheels/Tires are up for sale. Will see if they sell in the next month. If not I will most likely mount 275/30/20 tires all around. Will reduce overall diameter of the tires and basically be square so should not have any adverse effect on xdrive and give me more clearance. Also many more tire options in that size.

Odd because their website specifically states G30, oh well.

I saw them listed on Bimmerpost somewhere. Good luck with the sale.

This is a picture of mine with load trunk and my son at the back only, not much space left:

Note that camber will increase under load, this is why it's ok for me, but really, there's no space left under the fenders.

Below you can see the side walls of the tires poking out the fender:

Different view:

Your rear wheels will not only poke out by an additional 13mm (ET 28 instead of ET 41) that is a huge difference, they will also have a much bigger tires because of the profile (35 instead of 30). That means you're off specs at rear by 5%, which is a legal concern at this difference and is likely to cause issues with the DSC managing ABS, x-drive, traction control, etc...

The calculator you used does not tell you it fits, it only shows the differences. At least it shows the speedo error, which is a first indicator of the issue since your are -3% front and -5.81% rear. Basic recommendation is to stay below 3% and also avoid significant différences between front and rear because of the x-drive which is calibrated stock with 0% difference and a small tolerance (unknown, unfortunately).
The M5 has bigger wheel arches, wider body, updated suspensions and tuned DSC control unit to accommodate the bigger wheels.

The BMW dealer who told you "it should be ok" is not your friend, and does not know anything about this (not a surprise).

Even if you fit correct tire sizes for your car on these wheels, I suspect issues under load on the rear axle. It might be ok when you'll test in your neighborhood, but it will be different with people in your car when driving on a bumpy highway.

Cheers
The F90 M5 have the same body and same wheel arches as your G30.
The M5 has a narrower rear axle and wider front fenders.

Yea IND said the fender liner were the same on both so theoretically should fit. However not going to chase at this time. Will wait to see outcome of sale. If I do go with these wheels will be with 275/30 all around.

I test mounted one of the fronts one the rear today. Very little poke. Looks like going square could work. Thinking to purchase 2 front 9.5 inch and sell the rears.

Spent some time searching for 2 9.5 front so I can go square. None to be found at any reasonable price. Not much interest as far as selling either.

Only option may be to go with 275/30 all around if I want to salvage this purchase. Or just keep the 664 and sit on the 706 in the hope of eventually selling. I could mount the 706 and have the 664 powder coated gloss black as well. But then still stuck with the 706.

First world problem but an expensive lesson.

Did my best to salvage the wheels. Had them painted gloss black and mounted vredestein quatrac pro, 275/30/20 on all four corners. Looks pretty decent imho. Also added the IND rear wheel arch extensions.

Will take/post more pics after I had a chance to clean up the car.
