I've noticed recently that when at a stop or at idle, there is a faint knocking noise. It may not be very obvious, but once I noticed it, I can't un-notice it.

When the car is in neutral, it goes away after a while but if I slightly rev the engine, it will come back for about 10 seconds and then go away again.
Not sure if this is normal, maybe it is fuel injector noise?

Here is a video clip that I recorded, the noise is more obvious towards the end. It may sounds like exhaust noise in the video but I'm certain it's not. The car is full stock and doesn't have MPE.
Any ideas will be much appreciated.
