Oh snap, this would've been up my alley (I think). Guess I should log on more often. Nice shots, guys!

Been busy w/ work (put in more OT than my boss did last year) and some issues w/ the gf. I didn't even get to detail my car last year! Time to get back into this thing called photography. I've got 2 new toys to play with.

Thanks, man. The gf has been going thru some health issues and seeing doctors and getting meds that gave her side effects (she's a lightweight). Her new boss basically took it out on her so she's now moved out of state for a new job. On the plus side, doing laundry is a lot easier now. lol

35L and 135L. I was wanting something fast, fairly wide, and with minimal distortion. The 35 fit that bill. I've been wanting to get a couple of primes to round out what I have so this worked out. I don't remember my rationale for getting the 135L but it's a hell of a lens. I think I'm done buying lenses now.....so painful...lol

awesome... that 135L is a great lens. I played with it the other day and it's so fast to focus.

That's my next big lens purchase. Hopefully I'll have one by the time we start traveling this summer.
