man you don't suck at all. I like the subtle changes, like the way you deleted those objects in the mid.

selective color makes a big difference, especially when you decrease the black values for the reds (it brings out the details in the taillights).

I wasnt tired last night so I wanted to do sumthn fun so I decided to transform "radiantm3"'s original photo to have red interior.. it actually took me a goooood while to do bc the black and grey in his photo blend in so I had to focus and zoon and make sure everything was
matched right, In the end I thought the photo came out Great... Let me know what yall think.. Thanks

Here's the Original:

Drivers Seat Transformed:

Drivers Seat and Arm Rest Transformed:

Drivers Seat, Arm Rest and Passenger Seat Transformed:

Final:

I like the 1 series interior better than the 3... looks more cozy since everything is so small, I also like the I-drive hump better..

I usually use the brush tool set to color mode and burn/dodge the image until I get the results. Just wondering if you go about it the same way.

What Photoshop Version do you have? I have an old school one, I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0.. idk if the new ones work different and make things easier but this one took me 2 hrs to do lol. But to answer your question:

Since the Black and Gray in the photo blend in so damn much, I zoom in as close as I can to get every edge perfectly and I use the Lasso and Square than I use a mixture of Color Balance and Selective Color to get the color I want and to keep the Details the same than I use Brightness/Contrast to bring out the color if its to dark.

lol damn man, you should find yourself a copy of CS2/3/4. it makes the process much more streamlined. 7.0 was a bitch to me.

and if you wanna go about it the cheap way, download a trial and get a keygen from a reliable source, like a friend or someone you know (or a highly regarded torrent).
