No NV dealers listed. Shocker.

I haven't been to the Austin dealership, but when I'm ready to buy my M, that's what I'm thinking I'm going to do. My experience with San Antonio dealership has been frustrating. How is the Austin dealership, I believe they even have some Dinan parts?

As a Long Islander who shopped most of the local dealers:
I got my first car from BMW of Freeport, the experience was generally good but their finance guy and sales manager tried slipping nearly $1500 in extra charges in hoping I wouldn't notice. I also had a particularly bad experience with their service department, along with a tech who tried denying my service based on some bogus claims. Rallye - I tried buying my first car from their and the CA also gave me bogus info (which was easily validated on the forums). I went back a second time 3 years later when I was looking into my second car and they also gave me bad info regarding doing a Euro Delivery. Wound up going to Oyster Bay BMW which does very low volumes it seems, but I was generally happy with. BMW of Smithtown I went to before purchasing my first car, the CA literally laughed at me when I told him I was willing to pay $500 over invoice for the car I wanted to order. I walked out and he called me 2 hours later asking for my business back. Obviously you can't rely on individual experiences to sum up the whole story, but man 1 or 2 cocky SOB's really ruin the experience for you when you're about to drop $50k+ on a purchase.

My dealer is BMW West in Houston. Their reviews are pretty mixed, but I had a great experience. My son and I bought two CPOs the last day of 2015, my 528i and his 328i, amazing deals and our sales rep Jared Wiiard was excellent. They moved into a new building in 2015 and it is very cool, no sales desks, just open areas with chairs and TVs, and the sales team has iPads with all the info.
I've only had one maintenance procedure done and it too was painless. Wouldn't be surprised to see them on here next year.
