HELP! Angel Eyes Flashing

I am having an issue with my 2006 E90 330i with Bi-Xenon adaptive headlights where the angel eyes continue to flash on and off (link to video attached). I have changed the bulbs for both headlights since I started having this issue but hasn't resolved the issue. Also it started by flashing on and off every 10 seconds but has progressively gotten worse. Has anyone else had this issue or have any idea what it may be related to?

Previously had the OEM Osram D1S bulbs in there, replaced with the Phillips D1S bulbs this week.

Also I should mention that it doesn't flash right when I turn on the car, starts flashing after about 5 minutes with the frequency increasing the longer the car is running to the point its constantly flashing.

The question was referring to what Angel eye bulbs do you have, not headlight bulbs. Most likely the angel eye power supply is failing and that is causing the malfunction.
