Can I plug meth bungs?
I'm going to be buying a CP + BOV and possibly adding meth in the future. Is it safe to just purchase a CP with meth bungs and just plug them for the meantime? If so, how should they be plugged.
Also, any recommendations on where to buy CP/BOV kits? Thanks!

They all come plugged unless they are aquamist bungs and that is noted in the description of the item.
Plugs are also very simple to source as all the bungs (except Aquamist) are 1/8 NPT which is commonly found in hardware store plumbing sections. |

this could be found by a two second search but i will honor your question in the mean time.
Yes, in short If you go with a ER CP you can get pre drilled meth bung(s) and they come with a plug in them it is just a shallow screw, keep in mind that the CP will likely be made of aluminum and the screws are usually much harder so you can strip the bungs very easy. then you will need to fill them and retap.

If you order an aquamist compatible CP don't bother going to any local stores to find them just order online, they are like 1mmx5mm thread and impossible to find locally ask me how I know.
