Does the base model 428i have NBT?

I searched for this, but couldn't get a specific answer. Just ordered a base 428i, which comes with iDrive 4.2, and I was wondering if this is NBT and if it shares the same new processor that comes with the Pro system?

Yes... F30 NBT = MY2014-on Nav = MY2013-on AH3
