Installation of Sports pedals AT (Melb)

Anyone knows where to would be a good place to get the aluminum sports pedals to get installed in Melbourne? I don't have a drill and would prefer to have someone who knows how to do it to do it for me.

Got them on eBay it was really difficult to get the RHD ones. But if you do not get the foot rest pedals it'll fit. I got the AT aluminium ones with the m sport logo on it.

the ones I found on eBay were nearly all just the slip on ones where you don't have to drill, and IIRC the drilled ones were like 500$ :/ don't think pedals are worth 500$

Do these have slip guards the piece of plastic that stops your foot from getting caught behind the pedal when moving between pedals.

What's the point of getting blingy pedals?
Attract attention to the dirtiest part of your interior, the dirty floor mats?
Show people that you like to bastardize your BMW with ebay add-ons?
Make your daily driver look like a wannabe race car?

Not to sound like an elitist...

But with things like this I refuse to put them on unless it's an OEM Product.

I'm the same. I've got the m-sport package so the door sills have the M strip and the steering wheel is m-sport as well. If I start non genuine stuff in the interior it's going to look pretty dodgy

1. As with most things we all do to our cars, because I wanted to. I thought the metal pedals looked nice and feel better. Also, has the bonus effect of bringing the accelerator pedal closer to the same plane as the brake and clutch, makes heel-toe a little simpler.
2. Not attracting attention, no one looks down there except for me.
3. See above, and bastardize is a bit of a strong word. I bought ebay versions, because as far as my priorities go, there was no appreciable difference in quality or function given it's simply a cut and drilled piece of aluminium I stomp on. I'm more than happy to spend money on OEM quality when I believe the difference warrants the cost. I bought these to see how good they were, and as they were acceptable, I chucked them in. In addition, the design of the OEM versions of the pedals did not look as good IMO.

4. Wannabe race car? Metal pedals does not a racecar make. Also, as opposed to the carbon fibre splitters, spoilers, and 20 inch rims, genuine or otherwise that people sport on their cars?

See above. I appreciate that some people like to keep things purely OEM and our priorities all differ. If my car was newer, in better condition, and wasn't just my daily drive, I probably would try keep things OEM across the board as well. Hopefully my next BMW will be in better nick.

See above. Also, your wheels and painted rotors?

I'm not trying to be harsh, I actually don't mind the wheels at all. I just think it's curious that people draw the line arbitrarily at non-oem pedals which are of very good quality and have no functional repercussions, but are happy to go nuts with aftermarket goods for everything else? I know our individual priorities and circumstance differ, but I would have thought pedals to be relatively inoffensive.

I must admit, the picture you have above are not tacky as I'd imagined, but at least in my interior the only other brushed aluminium item is the iDrive knob... so they'd stand out like dogs balls.

I agree, to each their own. I guess my reasoning is; they serve no real "upgraded functionality" and the original rubber pedals are not offensive... so why change them?

Mostly boredom :P

But also, my rubber pedals were starting to look pretty ratty, and they do match the brushed aluminium bimmian gearknob and handbrake lever I've got
