In need of a new passenger side fender -.-

So, the back story is.
I went to school in San Pedro. Parked my car in the structure. Came back, my fender was hit. The asshole hit my fender, broke my side marker and didn't even bother leaving a note apologizing! So now, I need to get a new fender but for cheaper than what the shop quoted me at which was 900.
I need:
-AW e90 LCI passenger side fender with a side mark (if possible but not needed)
-Any tabs or bolts needed to replace the fender
