Enkei RS05RR
Looking at this RIM to compliment me lowering the car... but curious on what sizes i should go with.
I'm looking to run 275/35 and 295/30 tires. Here are some of the available sizes: 18x9.5 +22 18x9.5 +35 18x10.5 +23 18x11 +30 I'm thinking: 18x9.5 +35 18x11 +30 Any thoughts? Here is the full sizing chart: http://www.enkei.com/size_chart/rs05rr.pdf Some shots on a E92:

I like the second picture! That's my buddy's E92 M3!
Here's a link to my recently posted thread where I fitted the Enkei RS05RR on my M4. http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1018733

I don't know why you picked the least aggressive fitment for the front. I would go with F: 18x10.5 et23 and R: 18x11 et30.

Those are sweet wheels...I have no idea about tire sizes however I know where to get the tow straps but where do you get the cover like that? Did you cut it out by hand or buy it? |

The +35 offset would work well with a 10mm spacer, while the 11 +30 rear would be quite aggressive. You'll likely be able to use a 285 tire in the rear at most- not an ideal fitment.
With that said, I do love the RS05RR, I think it's a gorgeous and light weight wheel.

We can dial it in with spacers if needed at the shop too.
We will be test fitting 18s soon on my car, and I will let you know when that is so you can stop by. |

Nice! Yeah let me know. Really cant decide on rims! The RS05RR's would be nice, just really worried about running 11 +30 on the rear with a 295.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but did anyone else manage to run the 18x11 +30 with a 295/30/18?
I am leaning towards 18x9.5 +23 and 18x11 +30 with 265/35/18 and 295/30/18. Is this crazy or too far out from the norm? I am familiar with Z4M and E46 M3. E92 has lots more room but not 100% sure on the details yet. I am comfortable going with a 285 in the rear as the car will be NA for some time, but is this the wrong configuration? I have searched lots and I like the RS05RR because of the sizing and the look. Thanks in advance! |
