The outer edge of my left front tire got killed after just three days at VIR so I need something too. Getting mine done tomorrow at a local bmw race shop. I'll let you know what can be accomplished with stock parts.

I am taking my F80 to VIR end of this month. Will be getting it aligned at my buddies shop on a proper laser rig before track and back to street after. Will report what can be achieved with stock components.

I maxed-out the front negative camber on my E90, to 1.4 degrees, in my E90 M3. It was achievable via pulling the pins. Hoping I can get the same setting on my F82. That was a nice balance between wear on the street (no problems) and managing the outside edge overheating at the track. However, I'd rather camber plates and have -2.0+ degrees, frankly.

can't somebody just open the hood and see if there are indeed pins?
or go under the car and see if there is camber adjustment available? LOL at least just go zero toe or slight toe out. |

Yes, I was going to start another thread but basically they didn't see any opportunity to adjust the camber in the front. No "camber pin" like in the E9x. He didn't take the suspension apart, but got it up on the lift and said with the way the OEM upper mount is constructed there's no room for adjustability without machining parts.
I'm hoping BMW comes out with a solution later this year.
