I am scheduled to pick up my X4 3.5 tomorrow afternoon.

I am hoping someone here knows the current MF and residual rates for a 12k/36 month lease.

For 10,000 miles/yr:

.00130 and 56%. 30 months is 60%, 24 months is 64%

For 12,000 miles/yr, subtract 2% from the above residuals.
For 15,000 miles a year, subtract 3% from the above residuals.

FWIW, BMW charges 0.16 per mile for mileage additions at any time during the lease term, so long as you pay for them before the lease is up (they may have a cutoff point close to lease-end), it's 16 cents a mile to add more miles to your lease. At lease end they will charge you .20 per mile for any overage.

In some cases, it's cheaper to go with a 10,000 mile/yr lease with the higher residual value and then pay for additional lease miles if you need them during the lease term (e.g. you know you'll drive more than 30,000 miles, but less than 36,000). The Leasematic app for iOS is what I use to help me do the math quickly.
