Practically new Rho-Plate license plate holder that fits into the tow hook hole. Fully adjustable height and angle for perfect fit. I used it for a week and it's in like new condition. NOT recommended for cars with PDC which is why I'm getting rid of it.

If it was mounted in the last slot would it still interfere with the PDC?

No unfortunately not. It always triggers the sensors.
