For the love of God, need - more - neg - camber

Four days at the track and drivers side tire is corded. Using stock sized MPSS tires. Switched sides to get through the 5th day, but definitely need new fronts. Rears are great, wearing pretty evenly though I could use maybe 1/2 degree more negative on the left side. 2,600 miles total.

With the M Performance schools using these cars they CAN'T be replacing tires every 3-4 days. What are they doing for camber?

Fortunately, my dealer graciously offered to help me by telling me they could replace the two front tires for just $1040.

I read a post today about several people stating the left front was running much hotter then the rest of the tires. Wonder if this has some impact on your wear also.

What were pressures doing? This track was clockwise I assume?

Agree on the negative camber. I won't be tracking mine much more until this gets figured out. Are there camber plates available for F3x that might fit our cars?

This is about on par with the E92 M3 with stock camber on the Pilot Super Sports. The outer edge of the tire is actually a softer compound so it does wear quicker than the inner and middle under load continuously. We were usually putting about -2.0 to 3.0 inches of camber in front on most cars that were set up for mixed or track driving depending on the customer

I know camber plates are in the works with a few companies already.

Are you sure those were inches ?

I had a company that is known for their adjustable camber plates spec out my F80 last week. They hope to have something ready in about 4-6 weeks as well as coilovers that works with the adaptive suspension.

They are replacing them every 3-4 days, if not more frequently. You should see their cache of tires and brakes.
