How to tell if your car has any outstanding recalls

Hey guys,

I am new to the BMW world, and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
How can you find out if your car has any outstanding recalls on it? The vosa site I found online is pretty rubbish imo.

Easiest solution is call BMW with your chassis number.

main BMW? or my local dealer? (I did think that was the only way...just wanted to check..thanks for the quick response brother)

Hand the BMW dealer your car key and he will plug it in to a device that prints out all recalls, service upgrades etc applicable to your car and whether they have been done.
