where have the cheapest pink slip in sydney?

my car just have services few months ago, so in good working condition.
i know normal rate is around 37.40. is that all mechanic are the same?

it doesn't matter which mechanic i been to? i think pink slip just a simple test for the car. am i right?

Its the same everywhere, and lol how much cheaper you want it for? Where u shop around is paying ctp
