Picked up the car August 2014 but i'm looking for something different.

I purchased the Excess Wear and Tear Package which covers you for $7,500 at the end of the lease

if that's the case, then what's the incentive for taking it over ?

One can walk into any dealership right now and get their own discount and deal done. The factory credit allowance is probably better now compared to 2 months ago anyway. November is just a few days away and factory incentive may even be a bit better than October.

Just taking a bit of guess here. Assuming it's 36 months lease. You would have put about $8000-$8500 in down payment (excl. sundry fees & freight/pdi) to make it to around $800/moth tax in.

Exactly. That's why there's no extra incentive. The only inventive needed is the low monthly payments.

If you don't mind asking, you don't like the 435xi ? You looking to get into a M car instead.
