F30 H&R Springs for F22

Is there any chance that H&R springs for the F30 would fit on the F22? Asking mainly as there's a larger used parts market for F30 parts

H&R makes springs specific for the 228 and the M235. No need to use F30 springs...

That being said, even if they do fit, the F30 is heavier than the F22 so the spring rates would be off.
