Service centers in NOVA
Hi guys/gals,
I live in Alexandria and I'm coming up on my 1200 service. I would like to ask where are most of you in NOVA planning on doing your car services? We are lucky enough to have a bunch in our area but none of them seems to score well on some of the online customer service ranking sites. Richmond being the exception, great customer comments but it's a little bit of a hike from Alexandria. So wondering out of our pool of local BMW service providers, who is recommended? Alexandria Fairfax Sterling Rockville, MD Marlow Heights, MD Silver Springs, MD Sad to think we have all these choices but none of them really stand apart from the rest. Am I wrong?

I have typically taken my cars to Marlow Heights (passport) or Alexandria / Arlington or Fairfax. Most luck with Fairfax and Marlow Heights. Alexandria / Arlington are terrible

Thank you. I forgot about Passport. Been to FFX for years, they are not bad, they have their problems but have always fixed issues in the end. Will look into MH as an alternative if need be. Regards.

Follow up on my original post. Went to BMW of Fairfax and had a great experience. Even a few miles early on the odometer and still got her done. Lots of nice staff, but I have my service writer and tech favorites, if interested PM me. Though you probably won't go wrong with your own choice in any event.
I crushed it on my way home!

Wash it, sh*t, I won't even let them vacuum it out! I have my service tech drive her in, and drive her out of the bay when done. He's my kind of service technician, have had him for years...we understand each other.

Fairfax is good. I was super happy with the Rockville Certified Collision Center. Not really day to day service related, but worth the drive if you have the need.
