M Badges on Side

Hi all,

My new EB M235i does not have the M badges on the sides, have those been removed?
I kinda like it without it but I wanted to be sure.

Mine did not come with them either, I believe they don't come on the 2015's.

I heard that it's a proven fact that every M badge adds 4.8 HP.
