Remote Start for DCT?

I searched and could not find the answer to this. Is there any product that will work as a remote start for DCT M3s? I will be a year-round driver, and living in the Midwest, I'm trying to find a solution. I don't have a heated garage at this time.

Thanks!

I wish, but I don't see an OEM option anytime soon. Not sure I would trust a third party aftermarket product on my car.

There are so many DCT equipped cars these days, it would only make sense that someone in the aftermarket has developed a way to work with it.

From my understanding it's gonna be a pretty bad idea for you to install a viper system or another aftermarket system. You have all the electronics/computer to deal with and BMWs just don't do well with these installed. Also, it's bad to let your M3/M4 just sit and idle to warm up because of the carbon deposits that will build up. The best way is to get in and drive. I live in MN so trust me I know how you feel but these cars warm up quick! Plus the heated steering wheel and seats are always a bonus.

Yeah, well I wasn't smart enough to order the Executive Package, so I'm working without those nice amenities. Has anyone on this board used any of the Viper products?

I've been trying to figure out who could do remote start as well. But to take the risk and install it on the m4...ugh

Its only an issue if you have a bad install...I'd do the viper for the alarm not the remote start.
