Has anybody here replaced the D1S bulb in their 2? i have some replacement bulbs i want to put in but when i opened the access hatch to get to the stock bulbs i couldn't figure out how to remove the bulb itself, the bulb is not held in with a clip that i could remove. I dont see any lever or anything holding the bulb in, looks like its just held there by tension. I tried pulling on the bulb to see if it pops out, but i couldn't get enough leverage to give it a good pull, it didn't budge anyways

All m235 is D1s HID bulb ? mine is M235 cabrio . is it the same ?

I know this is an old thread, but hopefully someone can help. I did watch the 1 Series D1S bulb replacement video. It was informative, however, the access for my 2015 seems very difficult through the engine bay.

Is the access through the wheel well where you have to turn the steering to the right to access the left headlight bulb and so forth?
