Smile JB4, DP and an upgraded intercooler with 95 oct fuel??

Greetings from Saudi Arabia,

I just got my car this week and I've been over the top with joy because of it in terms of performance as is but its time to do what I planned when I decided to get this excellent car.

I was wondering what will be the effect of installing a JB4, DP with 95oct fuel we have here in KSA on the cars performance.

also, I am thinking about the extra cooling because of the harsh desert like climate here (around 55 deg mid summer) how will it effect the performance of the oh' so great N55 engine.

Hi Anas,
Adding these mods will give you a lot of power and make you car more fun to drive.
Intercooler is a must in Hot climates and i strongly recommend that you get it.
If you are getting all these parts at the same time, i recommend you get them from one source to save money and shipping costs. An experience international vendor would also help you save cost on custom fees.

Hi Anas,
The fuel rating in GGC countries is not the same as U.S rating our 95 octane is actually 95 RON which is equivalent to ~ 91 AKI.
So if you get the JB4 you will only able to use MAP 1 or MAP 5.
Hence I would recommend to go with BMS N55 Stage 1 as it's very easy to install and does not require to splice wires beside the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 MAP 1 is not that huge.
If you went with N55 Stage 1 for the downpipe I would go with Wagner or BCS 200 CEL High flow cat to avoid getting CEL.

Seems like a tough spot to be in... pay double for a high flow cat over a catless because you can't use all of the JB4 maps on 95 RON. Why not just get the JB4 and a catless DP? It would be cheaper than a Stage 1 and HF cat with same power and more options for upgrade.
