Need some help in the K-Town area..

I posted this on Facebook on the ///M Flight board, but wanted to see if I could get some bites in here as well.

Any ///M Flight members in the K-Town area willing to help me out? I have an E90 M3 that has an issue with the variable redline indicator around the tach. I am fairly sure the cluster is bad, but before I fork over $1000.00 to BMW to replace it, I want to be sure it isn't something else (DME module, oil temp sensor, etc). If someone is willing to let me "borrow" their E9x cluster for a minute, just so I can see if the issue goes away with a new cluster or remains, it will help me narrow the issue down greatly. I don't even need to "install" it in my car, just need to plug it in for a minute, run the car and see if it fixes the problem. I would be willing to drive to you, or we can meet on Ramstein, your call, but I appreciate the help in advance!
